Victory4all Youth's Project_Rungwe District,was established as non_Profitable organization in the years 2014 august,11.The project is primarily enganged in offering Training in short and long term programmers.Entreprenuership.The project's founder is Rev moses stanslaus manyama.He mmoved with this idea right after sees te demand in the life of Youngsters in te streets of Tukuyu town and he sought agood idea to share  with Tukuyu manuniscipal council with great hmble'before God and man.I begin in smale scale teaching ma fellow brothers and sisters how to make bananas bread hoping that the project will reduce an unmployment rate by creating self employment and co_dependance!therefore whoever you are  and wherever you are come and join hands together to make te world a better place for living

THE DISCOVERY OF GAS IN MTWARA BRINGS CHAOS TO INDIGENOUS

Mtwara  is the region found in United Republic of Tanzania.In the 1980s Tanzania government  with the help of TPDC(Tanzania Petroleum Development Co-operation) had confirmed the availabilities of huge deposits of  gas at Mnazi bay in Mtwara Region.Meanwhile it estimated to be one of the most biggest resources have ever happened in Tanzania as while as the whole of East Africa countries and it will boost Tanzania to earning more than 300 billion US dollars per Year,Which will bring Tanzania into the Map of the World'
    Beyond the expectation of the Tanzanian who are living in extreme poverty,That discovery will bring development in their-lives and improving the living standard of the majority,But their expectation turn around at the moment when the government beginning to building the pipeline from mtwara region way to Dar-es-salaam,the main reason for Tanzania government to built the pipeline was mainly based on the commercial purposes rather than social factors,that Dar-es-salaam could be the best place for distribution of gas in whole country rather than being mtwara as the center for the distribution,meanwhile it couldn't sound clear to the majority of mtwara residences simply because they were expecting mtwara to be the centre for gas market which will enable the residences of mtwara to creating employment opportunities and increases

As the time goes further"things become complicated and my heart eargly to learn faster as the programm proceeding,but i found stuck down on the Road and i realized i shouldn't just want to learn as quickly as, but the important things is at least i learn one new things everyday like today im very greatful that  in this Topic of Journalistic research via internet
i grappled some the principles like

1.   Right after given Topic to be research i should "think first before i jumped into the website"
2. what do i research for and where mighty i find an information.
3. should l google or find the information on the specific web"
4. or can i find an information through internet or other traditional sources
5. also to be monitoring other news sources for local and international news for further clearification

and above all,i learned on how to open pages in new tab and i found it helpful as i was doing an assignment on how to find the population of the Iringa region-Tanzania,the last but not least,blew my mind at the moment when we were searching a speech done by President Kikwete  during the archive day,on the searching tools,the use of calendaer'
    In my conclusion i find this seminar is very helpful tools in developing nations especialy to the Young journalist who are eager to learn and equipped in this professional
