Kigali is the capital
city of Rwanda,and recently Rwanda became amongst of the countries in East African
states.

others,smart Kigali is an software launched in the capital city of Rwanda
purposely to simplify the use of internet in various commercial sites,like Bus
station,Airport,restaurants establishing online automated navigation system for
direction using start with Free WiFi in the Public places and social sites like
,MTN Rwanda,Tigo Rwanda Ltd,AirTel and liquid telecom were agreed to implement that
strategy planning just forsake of the Rwanda citizen,
This is the step
forward for the ICT program in Africa.
